From the Oisans massif :

Located between the departments of Isère and Hautes-Alpes, this magnificent little corner of the Alps has an exceptional diversity of landscapes. Between vast plateaus, green valleys, lakes, waterfalls and glaciers, it is the most grandiose of the Alpine massifs.

An unusual way to discover this massif, the "via ferrata" is a safe sports route in a vertical environment, situated in a rock face equipped with metal elements (steel cables, ladders, ramps, etc.). A few vertical passages allow you to learn the basics of climbing and to get used to the feeling of emptiness. Reserved for those who are not afraid of heights.

"In Oisans, the vertical playgrounds are inexhaustible and climbing is a fascinating and exhilarating game. In an exceptional setting, this is an introduction to the joys of climbing. The high mountain guides will help you discover the most beautiful routes in complete safety.

For those who want to be close to the peaks, paragliding is the ideal sport. A discovery flight in tandem or flights in autonomy, to feel the exhilaration of freedom in the air. At eagle's height, above the highest peaks, such as the Queen Meije which culminates at an altitude of more than 3,980 metres.

And for water sports, let yourself be tempted by a cocktail of white water, between rafting, hydrospeed, tubing, hot dog or canyoning, a range of activities awaits you.

From the Belledonne massif :

As a backdrop to Grenoble and Chambéry, Belledonne is a life-size postcard. It offers an immense variety of landscapes and as many possibilities of escape, from the most gentle to the most sporting.

You will be able to ride down the slopes on a "mountainboard", an all-terrain board that is a hybrid of a snowboard, a skateboard and a mountain bike. You can enjoy the feeling of sliding without having to force yourself and without having an exceptional level. For the more experienced, the free ride downhill allows you to get the most out of the sensations.

Cycling enthusiasts, Belledonne offers you the opportunity to climb the passes on a road bike, to ride on forest trails, or to go for breathtaking descents on a mountain bike. You will undoubtedly have great sensations with downhill mountain biking on the Belledonne massif. Natural obstacles to overcome, mastery of balance, technical training, everyone finds a playground to enjoy downhill mountain biking.

To defy gravity and spend an unforgettable night, we try a "portaledge" bivouac. Clinging to the cliff, the portaledge is nothing more nor less than a basic platform that you hang directly above the void. Sitting on the edge of this platform, barefoot in the void, you can enjoy the landscape. Unusual and impressive sensations guaranteed!
