Camping holidays near the Mont Saint-Michel

Mont Saint-Michel is called the “Wonder of the West".

This 92-metre-high rock stands in the middle of a bay with the highest tides in Europe (with up to 15 metres difference between low and high tide!).

A place of natural beauty, the Mont is consecrated to the Archangel Saint Michael and has many architectural treasures. In particular, the abbey, built between the 11th and the 15th century, and combining Romanesque and Gothic styles.

The abbey is open all the year round and every day, except on 01/01, 01/05 and 25/12.

Opening hours: from 2 May to 31 August: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (last admission at 6 p.m.). From 1 September to 30 April: from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last admission at 5 p.m.).

Museum prices 2017: 4-museum package: adults (aged 25 and over): €18. Adults (aged 18 to 25): €9. Free for under 18s.
