In Corsica there is no need to choose between mountains and sea. It is easy to alternate: farniente in Clavi, Porto Vecchio or Bonifacio and mountain hiking up the GR 20 or Monte Cinto… To recover from your efforts, go for Corsican sausage, Lonzu and famous ewe’s milk cheeses served with dried fig jam. All to be savoured at the rhythm of an island of course.
