Part show, part museum, the Maison de l'Aubrac is a place dedicated to the discovery of Aubrac, its landscapes and its traditions.

Visit the Maison de l'Aubrac during your camping holiday

The Maison de l'Aubrac was created in 2002 to meet the needs of visitors and hikers following the Way of Saint James who were looking for a place to visit that would showcase the merits of a region with remarkable environmental and heritage resources. It is located at the junction of the three departments of Lozère, Cantal and Aveyron.

The scenographic space presents the life of the land through the seasons thanks to light and sound effects and films projected on a large screen. You can follow the transhumance of the herds and discover how gentian and knives are made. A delicatessen shop and tasting areas allow visitors to learn more about local gastronomy.

Visit the exhibition area and admire the paintings, photographs, drawings, watercolours and old objects - to discover Aubrac through the eyes of the artists.
